- The reservation for 151 rooms at the disposal of CERN Users in the public Foyer Résidence Schuman,
- The rental of 12 fully furnished and equipped apartments, subleased by CERN.

Book your stay at the CERN Hotel (Buildings 38, 39 and 41, Meyrin site) or at the Saint-Genis Hostel in Saint-Genis-Pouilly, conveniently located near the Meyrin and Prévessin sites.

Construction works near Building 41
Major construction works will take place in the vicinity of Building 41 during daytime hours over the second semester of 2026.
While measures are being implemented to minimise disruption, guests may experience some noise and dust during working hours.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. The CERN Housing and Hotel teams remain at your disposal and will do their utmost to ensure a pleasant stay at CERN.
Phishing attempts
We were informed that several participants to Indico events received phishing messages asking to book accommodation through an online travel agency.
We remind participants that they need to make their own arrangements for their accommodation at CERN. Travel agencies are not allowed to book the CERN Hotel.
CERN Hotel on site
CERN hotel provides 450 rooms in three separate buildings to fulfill its members’ and associates’ needs for some accommodation during the period that they will be working here.

Foyer Residence Schuman
Foyer Residence Schuman is located in Saint Genis-Pouilly (France), 2.6 km from the Meyrin site and 2.5 km from the Prévessin site:
It welcomes all the public, for long or short stays. 151 individual rooms are at the disposal of CERN users; room reservation for CERN users is integrated with the CERN Housing Services booking platform.
CERN Apartments
Thirteen fully furnished and equipped apartments, subleased by CERN, are located in Meyrin and Grand-Saconnex.
These apartments are restricted to CERN Users with a CERN garant (MPEs only), and for MPEs under certain conditions.
