CERN Shuttles
This service provides free of charge, collective transportation within and between CERN sites in defined transport circuits. The CERN’s shuttle service is available for the professional activities of people working on the CERN site.
👉 Access requirements
A valid CERN access card is required to board the shuttle and will be checked by the driver.
👉 No access card?
If you do not have your card, you will be dropped off at Building 55 to obtain access at the Registration Office. Alternatively, you can generate a 24-hour temporary pass using Adams Mobile.
👉 Feedback
We value your feedback. Please share your experience by completing the short CERN regular shuttle survey.
👉 Contact
For any issue, please call 77777 (Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 18:30, excluding public holidays) or contact mobility.service@cern.ch.
Circuit 1 – Meyrin

Autonomous Shuttle Pilot
Since March 2026, CERN has been piloting an autonomous shuttle service on the Meyrin campus (Circuit 1) as part of its commitment to sustainable and innovative mobility. A safety driver remains onboard during ongoing autonomous driving validation. For your safety, remain attentive near the shuttle.
- Stay seated or hold on while moving
- Stay clear of the shuttle’s path when boarding or alighting
- Be visible — stay attentive near the shuttle.

Your feedback helps us improve this service.
