Installation

The Installation service supports entitled personnel arriving at or departing from CERN in managing the corresponding administrative processes and formalities associated with a removal. The service is in charge of

  • removals and importation of personal effects and vehicles into France and Switzerland;
  • purchase of tax-free vehicles in Switzerland for staff members who are C Swiss Cards holders; 
  • diplomatic privileges for staff members who are C Swiss Cards holders.

The information provided below shall not give rise to any responsibility on the part of the Organization. The provisions of the Staff Rules and Regulations, the national legislation in force and the associated texts shall take precedence.
