Long-term bicycle parking available at CERN

Personnel who need to leave a bicycle on site during an extended absence can request access to a secure long-term bicycle parking facility at the Meyrin site.

This service is intended for members of the CERN community who expect to be away from CERN for a prolonged period and plan to return, for example during annual leave, home leave or a temporary return to their home institute between periods of activity at CERN.

The long-term bicycle parking area is located in Building 354 at the Meyrin site and offers approximately 40 spaces.

Requests must be submitted through the CERN Service Portal. Once a request has been registered, the Guards Service will contact the requestor to confirm availability, indicate the assigned parking location and provide access instructions.

This service helps ensure that bicycles can be stored securely during extended absences while keeping regular bicycle parking facilities available for daily use.
